On this page, we explain how to track the status of your order.

How to Track Your Order?

If you placed an order without creating an account:

Our order tracking page enables you to check the status of your order, even if you didn’t create an account. Simply:

  • Enter the order number you received in your confirmation email.
  • Use the email address you provided during checkout.

If you created an account:

Log in to your customer account by following these steps:

  1. Go to the “My Account” section.
  2. Click on “Orders” to view a list of your purchases.
  3. Select an order to see all its details, including its status.

Email Notifications:

Whether or not you created an account, you will receive email updates at every important stage of your order:

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with your order number and a summary.
  • Order Shipped: You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
